Uniform from 2 to 4 mm thick circles, rings or plates and parts of white or light yellow. Produce or bulk powder. It contains all the B vitamins, volatile and trace elements typical of fresh onions, which are saved, thanks to the correct treatment. Also intact are all taste aromatic properties of the product.
